The Pocket

This run down home in the popular area the Pocket, just off the Danforth ave, was bought up by an investor who was flipping the home.

Working with our affiliated company BB Home Staging and design, we consulted with the investor on the entire project helping make renovation and design choices while staying on budget. All the choices and decisions made in the home  presented a wow factor for all the potential buyers, allowing the investor to see a maximum return on investment.
